STABLE COLORS OVER TIME
Reactive dyes are the most used in dyeing processes; they have an anionic character and form covalent bonds between the fiber and the dye, which results in high wash fastness, no migration problem, and very bright colors. Reactive dyes are subject to hydrolysis, which is the reaction of the dye with water and this must be controlled to obtain optimal dyeing. There are various types of reactive dyes and the dyeing cycles are generally long.

Exhaustion dyeing
Salt
The same amount of common salt (NaCl) or Glauber’s salt anhydrous (Na2SO4) can be used. If Glauber’s salt cryst.

Alkali
