These ethoxylated isotridecyl alcohols are compatible with nonionic, anionic and cationic products in a formulation, are durable in acid and alkaline formulations, improve dye wicking in the bleaching process, remove oil stains from hard surfaces, woven and non-woven fabrics, and its use is approved as an indirect food additive.<\/p>\n\n
Additionally, isotridecyl alcohols are applied as silicone oil emulsifiers with which they form a microemulsion. The ROKANOL L series, C12-C14 ethoxylated alcohols, is a line of nonionic surfactants based on ethoxylated naturally occurring lauric alcohols, also called linear ethoxylated alcohols. This line has excellent detergent, wetting, emulsifying and dispersing properties, as well as good degreasing properties, resistance to acids, hard water and dilute alkalis. They are compatible with non-ionic, anionic and cationic products, and have a synergistic washing and cleaning action. It is presented as a more competitive alternative in the home care and automotive markets.<\/p>\n\n
Finally, added to the range more recently, the Rokanol GA series are Guerbet C10 alcohol based nonionic-branched surfactants. Due to their specific structure, these products exhibit superior performance and can be used in a variety of applications in place of linear C9-C11 or C10 alcohol ethoxylates. They are biodegradable surfactants that belong to the group of ethoxylated natural fatty alcohols, 99% pure, and work perfectly in dilute acid, neutral or alkaline baths, as well as in hard and cold water. <\/p>\n\n
These ethoxylated alcohols have low foaming and good solubility in water and alcohol such as methanol. Depending on the degree of ethoxylation, are excellent degreasers for metal surfaces and hard surfaces, a component of cleaning formulations, improving the stability of the formulation and increasing its efficiency and effectiveness, and having an excellent dispersion capacity.<\/p>\n\n
